Optical character recognizer for Windows desktops.

Screen OCR is an optical character recognizer for your screen, which lets you copy a text from any Windows window, including dialogue boxes, protected webpages, PDF files, system error messages or any other element that shows a text and isn't selectable using traditional methods (dragging with the mouse). In other words if you need to take the text you see on-screen, but can't select it, you can use Screen OCR to recognize it optically.

The Screen OCR program includes diverse methods to capture the test, among which you have graphic capture of the normal screen, that includes images in additiion to an appendix with all the text and with RTF format. Screen OCR sits in the system tray and can activate by clicking on its icon or via hotkeys.
